This May, Hunan Xiaoqing Ceramics launched an internal Culture Week to reinforce two core values: Quality Mindset and Craftsmanship Spirit.
Throughout the week, employees participated in:
- Story-sharing sessions where team members shared lessons learned from challenging projects
- "Spot the Detail" workshop — a hands-on activity highlighting the importance of every small step in production
- A collective pledge to uphold precision, responsibility, and continuous improvement
The week was not about grand speeches, but about everyday actions. It reminded everyone that in advanced ceramic manufacturing, excellence is not a goal — it is a habit.
