The ZCN Series Zirconia Ceramic High Temperature Nozzle is purpose-built for thermal spray, plasma welding, and high-temperature industrial processes. Fabricated from high-purity magnesia-stabilized zirconia (MSZ) or yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ), these nozzles withstand continuous operating temperatures up to 1600°C while maintaining excellent dimensional stability and thermal shock resistance.
